sustainable management teams
We focus on enabling teams to relate to the wider organisation in a way that engages people, liberates collective intelligence and increases the sustainable impact of the business on its stakeholders
Teams are the primary social unit within any social process; many of these are informal teams, and a few are formal management teams or project teams.
Management teams are particularly critical in that shaping of culture, and sustainable, high-performing management teams are the key performance units within a modern organisation. Many senior teams in organisations do not really work as a team but as a collection of individuals who happen to meet once a month by virtue of being head of departments or business unit. Our approach is to enable such teams to understand what working as a team entails, to help them create a sense of collective purpose, and to develop the necessary practices and interpersonal awareness and skills to become a "professional team".
We focus on helping them relate to the wider organisation in a way which engages people, liberates the collective intelligence in the organisation, and hence increases the sustainable impact of the business on its stakeholders.
