Tim Casserley

Tim is founder of Edge Equilibrium™. He has written and researched extensively about sustainable leadership and organisations and is co-author of, 'Learning from Burnout: developing sustainable leadership and avoiding career derailment'. He is a regular contributor to management publications and conferences and appeared on radio and TV talking about sustainable leadership, executive coaching and creating meaning at work.

Tim consults to organisations across a variety of sectors including professional services, the energy industry, business process outsourcing, and the public sector. He has extensive experience of working in Eastern European, Russia/CIS, Balkan and US business cultures and previously held senior, international talent management roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Central and Eastern Europe), GSK, Chevron Texaco, Fujitsu and GE.

Bill Critchley

Bill has practiced as an organisation consultant and Executive Coach for some 20 years.

He is founder of the Ashridge MSc in Organisation Consulting, is a visiting Professor at Middlesex University, and practices as a psychotherapist.

Bill’s main area of expertise is in developing organisations’ capacity for change and innovation. His approach to change is grounded in his practical business and organisation development experience, and is informed by the complexity perspective and its implications for change and leadership. Bill’s consulting practice takes various forms, working on major change initiatives, involving large and small group work, and working with individuals to clarify their purpose, to stimulate creative and constructive dialogue about current issues, and to facilitate the process of change.

He has worked with most sizes and types of organisation ranging from large Pharmaceuticals to small venture capital companies across both public and private sectors.

John Leary Joyce

John is founder and CEO of the European Academy of Executive Coaching. John's initial eighteen-year career was in psychology and group facilitation – having a clinical practice, training Masters level psychotherapists and later MD of Gestalt Centre Ltd.

As a result, he has the expertise as a coach to focus on improving business capability and in coaching managers and high potential talent on how to develop their personal and professional competence.

He is an experienced coach trainer and supervisor and an accredited coach with Association of Professional Executive Coaches & Supervisors (APECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

Dr John Briffa

Dr John Briffa is a prize-winning graduate of University College London Medical School, where he also completed a BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences and Immunology. Since graduating, Dr Briffa has developed a special interest in holistic medicine, and in practice uses naturally-oriented approaches for the optimisation of health, disease prevention and reversal of illness. He works in private practice in London.

Dr Briffa is an award-winning health writer and has contributed to more than 80 publications. He has authored several books including The True You Diet, Ultimate Health, BodyWise and Natural Health for Kids.

Dr Briffa is a lecturer and broadcaster. He regularly delivers health-focused and work-life balance seminars and courses to corporations.

Dr Briffa is also active in the education of members of the public and health professionals in the area of nutrition and natural medicine in the UK and abroad. He is a regular guest on radio and TV.

Ellen Dunne

Prior to working independently as an Executive Coach, Ellen Dunne held a number of senior HR roles with leading legal and financial services organisations including Ernst & Young, Clifford Chance and Denton Wilde Sapte; and previously for Marks & Spencer and Severn Trent Water Authority. She has significant strategic, commercial experience working directly with client facing business units advising, influencing and driving organisational change.

Ellen’s focus is working with individuals who need to maximise their leadership presence and impact; develop a wider repertoire of behavioural responses, or effectively navigate major change and transitional periods. Ellen’s robust but involved style enables a supportive and challenging relationship to develop with individuals and provides them with the means to explore what may be enhancing or impacting on performance. Her experience over the years, across several sectors, has led to the creation of a blend of models and theories to support your pursuit of continued and future success.

Ellen holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology and Sociology and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Personnel Development. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling, and completed an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ellen holds an assistant faculty position on the Advanced Coaching Programme with the Academy of Executive Coaching. Ellen is accredited in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and SHL's Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).

Gill Thewlis

Gill is an executive coach, visual facilitator and consultant. Since 2003 Gill has specialised in financial and professional services, the technology sector and creative industries where she brings increased focus and measurably enhanced performance to senior teams and individuals at a strategic and operational level.

Gill has 20 years of experience in the financial sector including senior roles at Halifax plc, and Lloyds Bank. She spent 10 years as a commercial banker and 10 years focused on driving strategic development, corporate communications and culture change.

In addition a training in design and 15 years consulting to the arts, originally on a voluntary basis, adds a creative dimension to her strong commercial focus.

Eva Chapman

Executive PA with experience working for various marketing agencies in London supporting CEO and board members, liaising with clients and company executives in the UK and Global markets.

In the past Eva worked in the tourism industry including Stockholm Information Service and as Reception & Reservations Manager for a London based hotel. Being a native Swede she can converse in all Scandinavian languages and can also speak French and some German and Greek.
