We are concerned with organisations achieving sustainable success through responsible leadership and culture.

We see our purpose as enabling businesses to move from an old, and increasingly unsustainable, paradigm of leadership and organisation to one focused on long-term prosperity and health. We believe this old paradigm will, sooner or later, lead us into a reoccurence of the crisis - as many in the financial community are predicting - with profound consequences that will eclipse the scale of the damage caused by the last one. 

It seems to us that the time is right to examine some of our cherished beliefs and assumptions about leadership and organisations. There has never been a better time for our notions of leadership to move towards a larger, more encompassing perspective on the world in which we live, and to adopt a sustainable approach to the development of those who lead our organisations.

We believe that our current troubled times provide an 'edge' where leaders may learn transformational lessons that teach great leadership; that crises can be turned into opportunities for transformational learning and leadership; and that wisdom comes from dealing with adversity.
